In today's episode, I’m joined by Emmy Nominated author Phil White. Phil is the co-author of The 17 Hour Fast with Dr Frank Merritt, Waterman 2.0 with Kelly Starrett, Game Changer with Fergus Connolly, and Unplugged with Andy Galpin and Brian Mackenzie. I am fascinated with and really enjoyed diving into with Phil today is the creative process behind a work of art that goes unseen. Today we discuss the art of storytelling, what goes into Phil’s work creatively, and what he uses to fuel that, the creative process, phrasing interview questions, and much more.
